Experience a moderate to fast paced full body workout that will help your health and fitness journey in more ways than one. You will develop increased flexible and standing with improved body alignment as well as learn breathing techniques that will help your body to achieve greater movement, stability, core strength and much more. We use small props to continue to challenge the body and we work on transition and fluidity. This class is low impact and jam packed of exercises that will help you become the best version of your self. Clients should be injury free. Instructor approval required.

Weight Based Training
In this class you will use a variety of weighted equipment such as hand weights, bar bells, kettle bells, battle ropes and more. You will increase your strength, posture and capability weekly, you will want to push your self further as you start to see your body and mindset change.

In this class you never know what you’re going to walk into! This class is designed to push you, test you, show you that you can achieve anything and make you sweat! You will walk in wondering what am your going to do today and you will walk out patting your self on the back.
Sports Team Fitness Training
A tailored training program designed for each individual team. There is a bit of a misconception that if you play a sport you are already fit enough! You might be a great soccer player but lack in quad strength, you might be an amazing tennis player but lack in core strength, you might be an up and coming runner but struggling with breathing. I could go on and on the fact is every sports player still needs to work on their fitness.
Unfortunately in today’s society we are seeing more and more children that are being faced with sleeping disorders, lack of concentration, low energy levels, slow metabolism, weight issues, diabetes and a general lack of fitness. All of these things can be helped with an active lifestyle accompanied by healthy eating habits. All the FitKids classes are fun, positive, educational and non-competitive. Each fitness program is designed to help children improve their cardiovascular fitness, strength, and endurance with exciting workouts that will encourage a fit and healthy lifestyle. In each class we cover a wide range of topics such as bones and muscles, specific exercise techniques, healthy eating and a wide range of exercises using equipment and no equipment
Personalised One on One Sessions
A 45 min session that is tailored to your specific needs and goals.
These sessions are recommend to be done in the gym, however we can come to you with basic equipment and at a travel fee.
Corporate / Work Place Sessions
Need to get your team moving at lunch times? Or maybe you need to organise a team bonding session? Or maybe your a group of team mates that want someone to come to your work place to do a fitness session because you cant fit it in before or after work? What ever the reason, we can help…
We have a 12 hour cancellation policy on all classes, sessions and one on ones. If you cancel within a 12 hour window you will be charge the casual rate of the session.
ALL CLASSES – $12 casual or $100 for a 10 class pass to be used at any of our classes
PRICE RISE AS OF OCTOBER 1ST 2018 – $15 CASUAL OR $120 FOR 10 CLASS PASS WHICH WILL NOW INCLUDE WEIGH-INS AND MONTHLY PRIZES
ONE ON ONES – $30 for 45 mins
